Communicate, Collaborate and Connect To Sail Through COVID-19

There is uncertainty within the nation right now, and how promising the future is, is yet to be discovered. Organisations are now focusing more on Business Continuity Plans to help them sustain; however in the midst of the chaos, organisations have failed to communicate with the people who help them attain success; their employees.
What is the plan to help them? How are we communicating with our employees and what exactly do we communicate? Do we understand their state of mind? One of the most important question that arises is, what will be the “new normal” and how easy or difficult would it be for employees to adjust to this?
COVID-19 has affected not only the organisational set up, but has also creeped into the minds of people working within, resulting in fear and apprehension.
